Father : When everyone celebrated success, you celebrated my failure. You saw me fall but always inspired to stand up by self and figure out the purpose. You never left anything unfulfilled in my childhood and made me enjoy that world of innocence with your countless sacrifices and tangible legacy of nurturing.
Those were good old days dad... taking us to your work place (diesel locomotive shed) operating the train engine and driving the train for a while, I felt like running a plane cockpit.
Those big horns, throttles, diesel tanks, dynamos fantasized me.Traction, horsepower, broad gauge, meter gauge, all those words which I fumbled over & you happily cheered.
Whether it was a complex mathematical problem or a world cup cricket match you showed the same interest and excitement in teaching them. Was filled with admiration when you lectured my teacher about the art of pedagogy in teaching during one of my school gatherings.
It is those two valuable things you taught which keeps my life driving till now, that be sincere in what you do and will definitely reap the benefit ; do good and good will return to you.
Dad, you still influence me a lot and one of the key societal people to me. You gave me the privilege to tell my offspring that "My daddy is great" and it’s indubitable.
LONG LIVE DAD!! MAY YOU LIVE AS LONG AS...
